Baby + Me Yoga Teacher Training

This training will give yoga instructors tools to teach baby + me yoga classes.

THROUGHOUT THIS TRAINING, PARTICIPANTS WILL +

• Explore activities to help caregivers bond with their babies
• Learn about postnatal philosophy, anatomy and pelvic floor health
• Gain tools to support caregivers with during this transitional time in their lives
• Learn about a baby + me yoga class structure and Challenge to Change’s Baby + Me Curriculum
• Experience a baby + me lesson

YOU WILL RECEIVE +

• Video support including: self-care, baby + me, anatomy, prenatal activities and more with a 6 month free subscription to the C2C hub
• Challenge to Change’s 8 lesson Baby + Me Curriculum

WHAT TO BRING +

• A doll or stuffed animal as “baby”
• Note taking supplies
• A water bottle
• A yoga mat, or you can borrow one from us

* We highly recommend having some sort of yoga teaching background, such as a 95YTT or 200YTT, or having practiced yoga extensively prior to this training.

Registration Deadline: If we do not have a specific number of trainees to successfully run this training you will be notified prior to your training date. Please ensure you register as soon as possible to ensure your spot is secured.
