Day 15: The Five Modalities of Mindfulness (continued)

Stop and listen to your thoughts. Most of our thoughts are habitual thoughts. This means they are repeated in our mind over and over every day. Our brain can naturally default to negative thoughts. However, we can switch this pattern by purposefully changing our thoughts to positive thoughts. One of the ways you can create a healthy habit of positive thoughts is thinking of those things that you are thankful for every day. Thinking of gratitude can change our mindset from negative to positive.
